Sexual Misconduct Arrest
PULLMAN – On December 14, 2012, 32 year old Pullman resident James C. Kusznir was arrested for sexual misconduct with a minor in the 2nd degree. An investigation was initiated on December 12 when Child Protective Services (CPS) contacted the Pullman Police Department to report the incident. Mr. Kusznir had notified CPS that he inappropriately touched his 16 year old foster daughter on multiple occasions. The victim was immediately removed from the home and interviewed by detectives. A subsequent interview of Kusznir by Pullman PD detectives resulted in his arrest. Kusznir was released on the misdemeanor pending charges from the Whitman County Prosecutor.
