PULLMAN – The City received a special event permit application from "Pullman Events Presents" and "Progressive Entertainment" for a "Springbash Concert" to be held on April 4, 2012 at Sunnyside Park. The concert entertainment was to consist of hip-hop artist Tyga accompanied by Honey Cocaine, YG, and 'Lil Twist.
