The City of Pullman is recruiting for a Lab Manager to perform a variety of laboratory tests and recommend corrective action and system adjustments as well as overseeing the quality control standards of the plant.  4.0 mgd, class 3, activated sludge WWTP.  

Minimum qualifications include:  Associate’s degree in microbiology, chemistry, or related field with a Bachelor’s degree preferred; two years experience conducting laboratory tests and/or working in a municipal industrial pretreatment program; or substituting course work or training in wastewater treatment, chemistry, biological, or bacteriological laboratory procedures for the experience.  Possession of a valid driver's license.
