AIR QUALITY ALERT: WHITMAN COUNTY HEALTH DISTRICT RECOMMENDS CANCELLING OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES AND SPORTING EVENTS

Pullman – This afternoon, the Whitman County Public Health has issued an air quality health advisory due to the "unhealthy" air conditions caused by smoke from several wildfires in Washington and Idaho.  The Health Department recommends cancelling outdoor activities and sporting events through Sunday, September 16th.  The full press release can be found at: http://www.whitmancounty.org/PubHealth/PDFs/Air%20Quality%20Public%20Health%20Advisory.pdf
