To whom do I submit my Public Records Request?

City Council Resolution R-49-05 adopted June 28, 2005 resolves that the Public Records Officers of the City of Pullman shall be as follows:

Requests for Pullman Police Department public records should be addressed to Penni Reavis, Police Department Support Services Manager, 260 SE Kamiaken, Pullman, WA 99163. For questions call (509) 334-0802.

Requests for Pullman Fire Department public records should be addressed to Brenda Davison, Administrative Specialist, 620 S Grand, Pullman, WA 99163. For questions call (509) 332-8172.

For all other City of Pullman public records, contact Jane Joyce, Deputy City Clerk, 325 SE Paradise St., Pullman, WA 99163. For questions call (509) 338-3209.

What is the cost of a Public Records Request?

For a regular photo copy, the charge is 15 cents per page.

How much time does the city of Pullman have to respond to a Public Records Request?

The city has five (5) days to respond to a public records request. It is possible that the response may be a letter indicating the date on which the records may be expected to be released.
