Water/Sewer Stormwater Utility Rates
What are the residential water, sewer and stormwater rates?
The minimum monthly water, sewer and stormwater charge for a single family residence is $63.90. Additional charges apply when water consumption is above 500 cubic feet.
When are the summer consumption rates in effect?
To promote water conservation, summer consumption rates are in effect between June 1 and October 31.
What can I expect the water and sewer rate increases to be?
On April 14, 2015, the Pullman City Council adopted Resolution No. R-27-15 which set the city water rates that will become effective on November 1, 2015, and Resolution No. R-28-15 which set the city sewer rates and charges that will become effective on November 1, 2015. In addition, the Council passed Ordinance No. 15-6 which amended the Water Utility Code Title 10A of Pullman City Code.
On September 16, 2009, the Pullman City Council adopted Resolution No. R-54-09 which set the city water rates and Resolution No. R-55-09 in regard to sewer rates, for the period beginning November 1, 2009.
How can I order new or change existing water and sewer service?
Changes to existing utility accounts must be received by the finance department in writing from the owner or property manager. To make changes to existing service (turn on/turn off), complete a change order form. New owners must complete an application requesting utility service. A signature is required.
