Omak is in desperate need of water and Gatorade for the fire crews. Drivers on standby but need more product.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Pullman Fire Department put out a Facebook notice last week asking for water and Gatorade donations. There was an overwhelming response from the community, donations were pouring in non-stop. To date, PFD has collected and sent out over 1200 cases to the surrounding areas in immediate need. With the help of fellow department members and the community, we have shared these supplies with the following agencies: Dayton, Wash.  -  Grizzly Fire Command Post– 2 loads; Soap Lake, Wash. – Distribution Command Center – 2 loads; Republic, Wash. – Evacuee Shelter; Colfax, Wash.; Palouse, Wash.; WCFD 14, Grangeville, Idaho – Heli Command Post and Supply Warehouse; Orofino, Idaho; Kamiah, Idaho; Genesee, Idaho; and Moscow, Idaho.

Please deliver your donation to PFD Station 1 at 620 S. Grand Avenue. After 5 p.m. drop off in the 24-hour lobby.
