Kevin started with the city of Pullman in June 2004 as Deputy Public Works Director. He was appointed Public Works Director in January 2013. Prior work experience includes thirteen years of consulting engineering experience and three years with a water district in San Diego County. He earned a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from San Diego State University and a master's degree in civil engineering from the University of Idaho, including coursework at Washington State University. He is a registered professional engineer in the states of Washington and Idaho.
